Below is our policy for each category:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Physical Products (Curated Gift Hampers, Merchandise, etc.)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong> Orders for physical products can be canceled <strong>prior to dispatch<\/strong>. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer permitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Returns:<\/strong> If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a <strong>replacement<\/strong> or <strong>refund<\/strong>, depending on availability and the situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Experiential Services (Live Guitarist, Event Entertainment, Workshops, etc.)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation:<\/strong> For experiential services such as live performances (e.g., live guitarist) or event entertainment, once the booking is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are <strong>not permitted<\/strong>. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, please contact us at the earliest, and we will try to accommodate changes where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rescheduling:<\/strong> If you need to reschedule the service (e.g., live performance or event), please notify us at least <strong>48 hours in advance<\/strong>. We will make every effort to accommodate the rescheduling, depending on availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-performance:<\/strong> In the rare instance that the service cannot be performed due to technical issues or unavailability of the artist, we will provide a <strong>replacement performer<\/strong>, reschedule the event, or offer an alternative solution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Non-Delivery or Service Failure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Failure to Deliver Service:<\/strong> If we fail to deliver the physical product or experiential service as promised, please contact our support team immediately.
