Products and Services Offered

At Zestta Delight, we provide physical products and experiential services tailored to businesses. Below is our policy for each category:

Physical Products (Curated Gift Hampers, Merchandise, etc.)

  • Cancellation: Orders for physical products can be canceled prior to dispatch. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer permitted.
  • Returns: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund, depending on availability and the situation.

Experiential Services (Live Guitarist, Event Entertainment, Workshops, etc.)

  • Cancellation: For experiential services such as live performances (e.g., live guitarist) or event entertainment, once the booking is confirmed, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, please contact us at the earliest, and we will try to accommodate changes where possible.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule the service (e.g., live performance or event), please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate the rescheduling, depending on availability.
  • Non-performance: In the rare instance that the service cannot be performed due to technical issues or unavailability of the artist, we will provide a replacement performer, reschedule the event, or offer an alternative solution.

Non-Delivery or Service Failure

  • Failure to Deliver Service: If we fail to deliver the physical product or experiential service as promised, please contact our support team immediately. We may offer a replacement product or alternative service at our discretion.
  • Service Disruption: In case of a technical failure or any disruption in an experiential service (e.g., live performance), we will work with you to provide a replacement service or reschedule the service as needed.

Exceptions to the Policy

Any exceptions to this cancellation or refund policy will be made solely at the discretion of Zestta Delight and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
